Pirates Top Gun Players

In 2012, the Pirates’ offense averaged almost 40 points per game, and didn't scored less than 24 points since a week one.

2012

Aaron Dye

WR, Merrillville

Dye burned defenders so badly on deep routes, they needed a telescope to see him. He also had the knack for turning quick slants into long scores. Dye rewrote the Pirates' receiving record book.

Stats: 62 catches, 1,293 yards, 16 TDs

2012

Brian Jenkins

WR, Merrillville

He was a bookend first-team all area for the Pirates, along with Dye. Jenkins was the Pirates best threat out of the slot.
